Clinic
The clinic is available to help students with illnesses and injuries during the school day.
Please make sure your child:
Has all required immunizations, with proof provided to the clinic.
Has an updated yellow emergency card with correct phone numbers and medical information.
Is dressed appropriately for the weather.
Please do not send your child to school when they are sick, including with a fever of 100°F or higher, persistent cough, stomach ache, or other signs of illness. Please notify the clinic if your child has a contagious condition, such as pink eye or head lice.

To help prevent allergies and classroom disruptions, students and parents may not bring outside food to share with other students. This includes food brought in for birthday celebrations.

7th grade students MUST have the following immunizations before starting school:
Meningococcal Vaccine for rising 7th graders (law on July 1, 2021)
TDap booster within the last five years.
If you have questions or are not sure what the shot record means, please call Health Services (727-2363) or the Tarrant Clinic (825-4527). You can obtain the required shots from your health care provider, military clinic, or local health department.
*All shots required for school are given FREE of CHARGE at the Hampton Health Department, located at 3130 Victoria Blvd., phone number (757) 727-1172.
